PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order please include the details below:

DELIVERY OF ALL ORDERS

There is no carriage charged on orders with a value of £200 (exclusive of VAT) and over. Smaller orders are charged at £5.80 for Standard Service and £9.80 for Priority Service plus VAT. Please indicate which you require.

STANDARD SERVICE
Orders for Standard Delivery, placed before 3pm will be received within five working days and will be charged at £5.80. Orders placed after 3pm are carried forward to the following day.

PRIORITY SERVICE
Orders for urgent delivery, placed before 11am will be received within two working days and will be charged at £9.80. Please telephone to confirm. 

MINIMUM ORDER
Products are sold in quantities of 1 kilo or l litre unless otherwise stated in the price list. We are able to break down into half litres and kilos for a surcharge of 75 pence per item.

Minimum order value is £50 excluding VAT and carriage.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Payment by cheque or credit card is required before orders are dispatched. For account customers, payment is due within 30 days of receipt of order.

Discounts are available for volume purchases; please enquire.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Please note credit card transactions will be charged at a rate of 2% of the total order (exc VAT). All debit cards payments are free of any charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international customers, please let us know your requirements and we can quote for shipping costs and provide phytosanitary certificates and all necessary export paperwork.

DAMAGED GOODS AND RETURNS POLICY

No claims are accepted unless the customer notifies the carriers at the time of delivery or contacts The Organic Herb Trading Company in writing/phone within three days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure you quote the batch number and invoice/order number and date of receipt.

Provided the products have been stored in optimum conditions, should you have any problems with quality such as infestation or mould, we will at our discretion refund the cost or exchange goods up to three months from date of delivery.

Please contact us for all returns and we will arrange collection from you.
