Ordering

 

Please note we have a minimum order value of £50.00 and that orders totalling less than £250 in value are subject to a carriage charge. Products are sold in quantities of 1 kilo or 1 litre unless otherwise stated in the price list, but we are able to accept orders of half a kilo and half a litre, subject to a surcharge of 75 pence per item.

 

 

Price discounts will apply dependent on the amount of each individual product ordered in accordance with the following table:

When placing an order please include the details below:

• Units required i.e. number of kilos or litres
• Product name
• Part required - ie root, leaf, flower, tincture
• Standard or Priority despatch
• Any special instructions regarding the order
• Method of payment

 

Please note the following:

• For processing requirements, ie special cuts and powders, there is a minimum order weight of 50 kilos & 15 working days are required for delivery
• We are unable to accept additions to orders already placed

 

 

 
 

 

Prices And Payment

 

Payment by cheque or credit card is required before orders are dispatched. For account customers, payment is due within 30 days of receipt of order. Discounts are available for volume purchases, please contact us for details.

 

 

Credit Card Charges

 

Please note credit card transactions will be charged at a rate of 2.5% of the total order (inc VAT). All debit cards payments are free of any charges.

 

 

International Orders

 

For international customers, please let us know your requirements and we can quote for shipping costs and provide phytosanitary certificates and all necessary export paperwork.

 

 

Delivery

 

Orders placed before 3pm will be received within 5 working days. Orders placed after 3pm are carried over to the next working day. Orders for urgent delivery, placed before 11am will be received within 2 working days.

Damaged Goods And Returns Policy

 

No claims are accepted unless the customer notifies the carriers at the time of delivery or contacts The Organic Herb Trading Company in writing/phone within three days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure you quote the batch number and invoice/order number and date of receipt.

Provided the products have been stored in optimum conditions, should you have any problems with quality such as infestation or mould, we will at our discretion refund the cost or exchange goods up to three months from date of delivery.
