• The office is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4pm on Fridays
• Our Main Office warehouse opening hours are 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 3pm on Fridays – deliveries and collections cannot take place outside of these times, and deliveries MUST be booked in using the process outlined below.

• Our Lowmoor Goods In/Out Hub is only accessible between 8.30am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-3pm on Fridays
• All deliveries MUST be booked in using the process outlined below, and any deliveries collections outside of opening hours will be available by prior arrangement only.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTE

Due to the ever-increasing number of deliveries into our premises, we have implemented a booking in system for all deliveries with effect from 15th July 2024. This should reduce waiting time for unloading.

Please email booking requests no later than 24 hours in advance of delivery to warehouse@organicherbtrading.com & Lowmoor.hub@organicherbtrading.com

Your request should detail:

• Date and time requested
• Number of pallets
• PO number
• Supplier name

We will endeavour to respond to your request within 12 hours and you will be given a booking reference.  If your requested booking slot is already taken, we will try to offer you an alternative slot or offer the option to deliver to one if our other local warehouses instead.

Deliveries arriving after 15th July that have not been booked in, may be refused.
