DELIVERY BOOKING IN SYSTEM

Due to the ever-increasing number of deliveries into our premises, we have implemented a booking in system for all deliveries. This should reduce waiting time for unloading.

Please email booking requests no later than 24 hours in advance of delivery to warehouse@organicherbtrading.com & Lowmoor.hub@organicherbtrading.com

Your request should include:

• Warehouse that you are delivering to (Main Office, Lowmoor, or Wellington Business Park)
• Date and time requested
• Number of pallets
• PO number
• Supplier name

We will endeavour to respond to your request within 12 hours and you will be given a booking reference.  If your requested booking slot is already taken, we will try to offer you an alternative slot or offer the option to deliver to one if our other local warehouses instead.

Deliveries that have not been booked in, may be refused.
