Commercial Manager

With ambitious commercial targets, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to develop and lead an international sales strategy to drive profitable growth. You will already have a successful track record as a commercial leader with demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting ambitious commercial targets, knowledge of export sales is highly desirable.

The role includes the management of three account managers, each responsible for a portfolio of our most strategic customers, across the UK and globally. You will be an experienced manager, who empowers teams to achieve great things.

You will also own several key customer accounts and will be expected to set the standard for account management and building strategic relationships. You will need to work collaboratively across the business – working to unblock barriers and facilitate growth.

Commercial Manager - package: 

  • £32,500-£42,500 per annum dependent upon experience and qualifications
  • Annual pay rise – directly linked to company profitability

This role is permanent, working 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our Milverton HQ in Somerset. We are in a rural location, so your own transport is a must. This role will require some international travel (up to four trips per year including one potential long-haul trip).
