Sales Manager

Organic Herb Trading is looking for a Sales Manager to join their Commercial department.  This role will be responsible for leading a successful sales team, helping to develop our fast-growing business with a range of customers from small-scale herbal practitioners to major organic brands.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy role, finding solutions to challenging situations and working with a variety of people.  Significant experience of Sales is essential.  Knowledge of the food industry and organic sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills;
  • Goal-focused and able to find pragmatic or creative solutions;
  • Calm under pressure;
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator and relationship-builder.

This role is permanent, working 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our Milverton office.

Salary: £22, 500 - £29, 000 per annum depending on experience.

Sales Co-ordinator

Organic Herb Trading is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their Commercial department.  This role will be responsible for delivering a high-quality sales service to customers across a variety of sectors and business sizes, both in the UK and internationally.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy role and working with a variety of people.  Experience of working in a sales environment would be an advantage, but not essential.

The successful candidate must have:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• A pro-active approach to their work, able to take responsibility and work independently when required;
• Confident IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications.

HR Administrator

Organic Herb Trading is looking for an HR Administrator to join their organisation.  This role will be responsible for the HR administration and related administration in training and development. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy role and working with a variety of people.  This role requires strong service experience with an administrative background.  Experience of HR administration would be preferable, although not essential.


The successful candidate must have:

  • Confident IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload with ever changing priorities.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Effective time management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display a confident personality with a ‘can do’ approach.
