Organic Herb Trading is looking for a Purchasing Manager to join their Commercial department. This role will be responsible for leading a successful purchasing team, ensuring a wide range of products imported from suppliers worldwide are delivered on time and in full.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy role, finding solutions to challenging situations and working with a variety of people. Significant experience of purchasing and contract negotiation with suppliers is essential, ideally including working directly with suppliers outside of the UK.
The successful candidate must have:
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• A pro-active approach to their work, able to take responsibility and work independently when required;
• Confident IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications.

This role is permanent, working 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our Milverton office.
Salary: £22,500 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience.
