1. Our minimum value for orders to be despatched to UK addresses is £50 – excluding VAT and delivery

2. Orders are normally despatched within three working days. DPD deliver next working day to most UK mainland addresses. Their standard delivery charge is £9.50 for 250g-10kg box or £12.50 for 11kg-25kg box, excluding VAT. Alternatively, customers can arrange collection during our opening hours

3. For an additional £9.75, we can normally despatch urgent orders the same day - provided we receive your order by midday

IMPORTANT SHIPPING CHARGES UPDATE

Along with many other businesses, we’ve had to navigate an increasingly challenging landscape of rising costs across all areas of our business over the past few years. We’ve worked hard to absorb many of these increases and to avoid passing them on to our customers but factoring in the combined impacts of inflation, volatility in the Suez Canal, and the changes to National Insurance contribution, we are now faced with no other option than to amend our longstanding shipping policy.

From Saturday 1st March 2025 we will no longer be able to offer free shipping on orders over £300, and any orders processed from this date will be subject to the rates applied to us by our carriers. This will be clarified and confirmed at the point of order via the Order Acknowledgement.
