TPI: Introduction

Tea Promoters India (TPI) are pioneering organic tea growers who promote sustainable tea cultivation through organic, biodynamic and Fairtrade practices in gardens across the tea producing regions of India — Darjeeling, Assam, Dooars, and Kerala.

TPI cultivate high quality leaf teas, silver tips, black teas, greens teas, oolong teas, flavoured teas, decaffeinated teas, chai teas and handmade speciality teas over nine tea gardens — the map below shows the tea garden locations.

Collectively, TPI’s tea gardens cover an area over 2550 hectares and are made up of co-operatives encompassing small farmer models that facilitate farmer ownership of their own tea, whilst providing access to a market though their factories and partnerships.

Since 2017, we have been in whole supply chain partnership with TPI — a collaboration built upon shared values and trust.  This foundation gives our partnership longevity, versatility and vision, strong roots upon which to nurture and enrich the lives intertwined with TPI for many years to come.
