Customer Update: Changes to Priority Despatch
From Friday 10th June, our charges for priority despatch will change slightly, and will be applied separately to our carriage charges for delivery by courier.
Our standard carriage charges remain at £8.50 to mainland UK addresses, with orders sent by DPD/Interlink courier who collect from us daily and deliver next-day to most mainland UK addresses.
Orders over £250 still quality for free delivery to mainland UK addresses. For any addresses outside of the mainland UK, please ask us for confirmation of current delivery charges to your location.
Orders are despatched within a maximum of five working days. However, if a five working day timescale won’t meet your needs then we can offer priority packing and despatch for your order, which means that if the order is received by 12noon, we will pack and despatch it the same day. For orders received after 12noon, we can offer priority despatch for the following day. Priority despatch is an additional £8.50 and will be shown separately on your invoice.
Priority packing and despatch is possible on almost every occasion it’s requested, however, if we have received a number of other priority despatch requests that day, or if your order is particularly large and not possible to pack quickly enough between receipt of the order and the expected courier arrival time, we will let you know.
All courier and despatch fees are subject to VAT.
