News from the Herb Field: August 2017

We are lucky to have WWOOFers joining us every summer here at Organic Herb Trading HQ, and Herb Field Manager Sarah Weston is always grateful for the extra pairs of hands.

There is never a quiet time for Sarah in our herb field. Managing the field takes an extraordinary amount of work all year round, and with such unseasonal weather this year things are jumping ahead so Sarah and her team of WWOOFers will be busy harvesting certain plants earlier than usual over the next few weeks.

All the seed trays are planted out, and thanks to the lovely sunny weather that we had before August, there has been lots of harvesting of fresh orders as well as herbs destined to be dried before going to our warehouse ready for sale.

There is still time to get in touch if you would like to talk about any specific fresh herb orders, and we are also able to take on contract dried orders - if there’s anything specific you’d like to talk about, please do contact our Sales Team who will be happy to help.
