Soothing Herbal Tea

How are you doing? We hope you have been finding ways to keep yourselves feeling nurtured and supported. As promised, here's another lovely recipe from Jane Wallwork (The Exmoor Herbalist) - this time for a soothing and grounding herbal tea. Sit back, relax, and take time to savour and reset.

SOOTHING HERBAL TEA
We are living in uncertain times, and now more than ever, we need to find ways to help us remain calm and grounded. Stress and fear reduce our immunity, and our bodies capacity to fight infections. Being kind to ourselves and others also helps reduce worry, and here is a delicious tea blend to sooth and ground us.

Recipe
Three parts Limeflower
Two parts Rose Petals
One part Oats Flowering Tops
One part Vervain
One part Passiflora

Mix together and keep in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Use one teaspoon per cup, add boiling water, steep for five minutes, relax and enjoy.
