Formula Botanica's visit to Organic Herb Trading
Lorraine Dallmeier and Gemma Ortega-Perez of the Formula Botanica organic cosmetic science school joined us at Organic Herb Trading this week.
Formula Botanica's first student conference in September 2015 will include a day with us at Organic Herb Trading, to tour our 2-acre herb field and herb drying facilities and meet with our Founding Director Mike Brook. During this week's visit Lorraine and Gemma saw our Herb Field Manager Sarah Weston and our fantastic Wwoofers Gabi and Emily hard at work in the sunshine harvesting our flourishing beds of sheep's sorrel, and also checked out our warehouse. The conference programme includes sessions with many fantastic organic cosmetic entrepreneurs – more information here. We’re really looking forward to their visit to us on Sunday 13th September and are keeping our fingers crossed for another beautiful sunny day.
